Guidelines for filling the online application form

A. Before Applying

  1. Only online applications submitted before the closing date will be accepted. Applications sent through any other mode shall not be considered.
  2. Candidates must read the detailed 'Requirement Criteria' before filling up the online form. He/She must fill the form strictly according to the instructions/requirement criteria.
  3. Mobile and email address are mandatory for filling up the form.
  4. All mandatory fields to be compulsorily filled in, failing which system will not allow to move further.
  5. Scanned copies of passport sized photograph, signature, date of birth proof certificate, resume, educational/qualifications related documents and post qualilfication experience/relieving certificates etc. should be kept ready beforehand as these documents would be required to be uploaded at the time of filling up of online application form.
  6. Photograph and Signature should be in JPG/PNG format upto 200KB. All documents are required in PDF format upto 500KB. Only Resume document allowed upto 1MB.
  7. To complete the registration process an OTP(One-time Password) will be generated and sent to candidate's given email address. Please ensure correct email address is entered.
  8. Please use Google Chrome browser for applying.
  9. Please ensure use of Desktop/Laptop for applying.

B. During Applying

  1. On submission of the registration form, an application number will be generated. This application number and candidate's date of birth are required to login, if he/she wishes to fill out the application at a later time. Please quote the application number for all your future correspondence.
  2. An email will be sent to your Email address with your application number for future reference.
  3. The online form is divided in different steps. Please ensure that you have filled all the required fields marked with * before moving to the next step.
  4. Please use button to move forward to next step. It will save the details while moving to the next step.
  5. In cases where grades/CGPA are awarded by the University/Institution, the equivalent percentage of marks ,as per University guidelines, may be filled
  6. You can move backward/forward for review and corrections if required before submitting the form. However, documents/picture once uploaded cannot be undone.
  7. If your submitted details does not match the specified requirements for the post, you will not be allowed to proceed further.
  8. Please ensure that correct details are filled in the Application Form, as once the form is submitted, there would not be any option to edit any filled details.
  9. Application can only be submitted once all the steps are completed.
  10. Applicants must fill right information in the application. If any information submitted by applicants at any stage is found wrong, the application will be summarily rejected.
