The Company is setting up a Solid Cargo Port at Dahej as per the Letter of intent issued by Gujarat Maritime Board for LNG Terminal. It has decided to set up the Solid Cargo Port through a Special Purpose Vehicle in which it will hold 26% equity Capital. The Company has selected a consortium led by M/s. Adani Export Limited as Joint Venture Partner for the SPV to develop the solid cargo port.
