Notes:
1. The above results have been reviewed
by Audit Committee and taken on record by the Board of Directors
in their meeting held on 17.10.2006. The statutory auditors
have carried out a limited review of the quarterly results.
2. Sales includes revenues from 3 Spot
Cargoes during the Quarter.
3. Revenue from Services is on account of Re-gasification of
Spot Cargo.
4. No investor complaint was pending to be resolved at the beginning
of the quarter. 138 complaints were received during the Quarter
and were resolved. No complaint was pending to be resolved at
the end of the Quarter.
5. The Company is presently operating in one segment viz. Regasified
- Liquefied Natural Gas (R- LNG).
