The incumbent should have 1st Class and Full time MBA from a reputed AICTE recognized premier university/institution with specialization in Human Resource Management having minimum 17 years of post Qualification experience with consistent 1st Class academic record and knowledge in areas of Recruitment, Training and Development, PMS, Industrial & Employee Relations, General Administration, facility Management etc. in large industrial organization. Working experience in ERP enabled HR Processes shall be preferred.  This position also requires excellent negotiation skills, analytical and strategic HR integrated approach in resolving business issues.

The company is looking for a dynamic person below the age of 45 years (Age as on 31st January 2015) having excellent communication and negotiation skills.

The annual remuneration in terms of cost to company (CTC) is Rs. 23 lakhs which includes Basic Pay and other benefits like HRA, Conveyance Allowance etc.

Terms & Conditions in respect of essential qualification :

(a) Wherever CGPA or other grades in a Degree is awarded, equivalent percentage of marks should be indicated in the applications as per the norms of University / Institute.

(b) Minimum prescribed Post Qualification experience as on 31st January 2015.

The company is looking for a dynamic person below the age of 48 years (Age as on 31st January 2015) having excellent communication and negotiation skills.

The annual remuneration in terms of cost to company (CTC) is Rs. 25.50 lakhs which includes Basic Pay and other benefits like HRA, Conveyance Allowance etc.

Terms & Conditions in respect of essential qualification :

(a) Wherever CGPA or other grades in a Degree is awarded, equivalent percentage of marks should be indicated in the applications as per the norms of University / Institute.

The candidate should have ability and initiative to independently handle effectively ERP driven HR processes as also application of modern HR analytics in evaluation and performance management.  

The company is looking for a dynamic person below the age of 30 years (Age as on 31st January 2015) having excellent communication and negotiation skills.

The annual remuneration in terms of cost to company (CTC) is Rs. 9.58 lakhs for Officer Level and Rs. 11.22 lakhs for Sr. Officer Level.

The incumbent should have 1st Class and Full time Bachelors Degree in Law from a University or Institute recognized by Bar Council of India, having minimum 9-12 years of post qualification experience covering litigation/arbitration, corporate advisory involving long and short term contracts, setting up of compliance framework, compliance management, legal audits etc in a reputed legal firm or company. Knowledge of energy laws, Oil & Gas sector laws would be an added advantage.

The annual remuneration in terms of cost to company (CTC) is Rs. 18.80 lakhs for Manager Level and Rs. 13.70 lakhs for Dy. Manager Level.
